Anonymous asked: Congrats to you and your girlfriend, you seem truly happy with each other and i hope one day i could love somebody as much. how do you find a potential girlfriend? i have a friend i am falling for, from what i know she isn't LGTBQ, but some of the things lately make me think otherwise. i barely have a functioning gaydar but certain actions(as you love to point out a girl who owns tegan and sara CD's is not straight)that seem too intimate to be a "just friends" situation...i'm really confused.

• I recommend tumblr because it was how zoe and I found each other but if that doesn’t work well there’s always eharmony no jk you just have to know what you’re looking for in a person and when you find someone who fulfills are your girlfriend requirements you’ll be like wow there you are. It helps to narrow down your search but also explore your community if you can. I know quite a few people who have found partners by joining LGBTQ clubs and such. 
• If you’re too afraid to ask her frankly if she is romantically interested in you, spend as much time with her as you can and maybe things will intensify and it will come out eventually if she is into you or not. What sort of actions of hers confuse you?
